"He who travels far, knows much" is an amazing quote and inspire people to get trough a lot to reach for their hopes and dreams.
The quote is not referring to travelling itself, It refers to the journey you go when you try to accomplish a goal. And as far as you "travel" towards the goal, along the way you learn so much new and great things, you open your eyes and see the world from a better point of view. The people who chase their goals, are the knowers and gifted.
