I would love to try running constantly because it is beneficial for our health in many ways.
It is my ferm belief that running is just as good , if not better than other exercises. One of the most important reason would be that it's an exercise that we practice outside, in the nature. Not only does this improve our overall mood , but it is better than staying in a gym.
Another argument I'd like to bring forth is that through running we exercise both strength and cardio, and not many sports or activities are able to offer that.
