The entire coastal area of the Bay of Bengal was affected as buildings and whole villages were destroyed by the huge waves. Thousands of people were killed yesterday when an earthquake near Sumatra caused a massive tsunami. The problems were being made worse because lots of hospitals were badly damaged. By yesterday afternoon, over 60.000 dead bodies had been found and much higher figures are being predicted. Aid is going to be sent by many countries and rescue teams from Europe are being flow in tomorrow.
