Bullying has always been a debatable subject due to its more or less obvious shapes and forms as it takes place between children as well as amongst adults. The extent to which the given statement is true depends on various other things such as the culture of a country or the school terms and rules. However, it is true that bullying among boys stands out more than that between girls as boys are more prone to physical bullying than girls who are said to be emotionally bullied. If girls cry and frown it is seen as a normal thing because they are girls, whereas if boys are ever injured or have bruises people assume they have been into some sort of fight. Therefore bullying isn't necessarily more common among boys as it is more striking to the viewer's eye.
