For starters, we will be in the middle position of the skeptic. Even though there are no non-natives, we can see that, since the second half of the 20th century, interest in alien beings has almost become a social phenomenon - beyond the thousands of "cases" of third-degree meetings or UFO- the real industry that exploits our desire to consume "aliens" has been set in motion. Thousands of books, movies and SF series, toys, advertising messages, computer games, prints means, in sociological translation, that aliens are real commercial legends of the twentieth century, and their image sells in devils. We fell in love with them, even if we deny their existence, as we fall in love with the characters in the books. Fictive but sympathetic (some painfully deep) things that make us dream nicely (or have nightmares) and escape from reality.
