Turtles are reptiles with hard shells which protect them from predators. They are among the oldest and most primitive groups of reptiles,having evolved millions of years ago. Theirs gills filter the water they drink so basically they don't drink salty water. But sadly they are one of the most endangered species because their eggs are laid on sand and until they reach the water they have to pass through lots of obstacles. Another factor which doesn't allow them to live are the humans so be with me and lets save the turtles.
