It’s the first day of Spring
And beauty is thrilling the air!
The warmth is melting the snow,
And muse is colouring my hair.
It’s the first day of March -
Winter’s still slumbering outside;
But it’s time to open windows wide!
And let the sun gleam warm and bright!
It’s the first day of a new life:
To go for walks and feel alive!
To watch snowdrops peeping out!
To love this world, beyond a doubt!
